Refund policy

• Broken or damaged ('not of satisfactory quality')
• Unusable (‘not fit for purpose’)
• Not what was advertised or doesn’t match the seller’s description

You won’t have any legal rights if either:

• If damaged by wear and tear, an accident or misuse
• You knew about the fault before you bought the item

All returns are quality checked - items should be returned in a new and unused condition with labels and tags attached and wherever possible sent back in the original packaging. Refunds will not be given if they do not comply with our returns policy.
